Welcome to Things I Hate About People. Herein you will find musings on the aforementioned topic: things I hate about people. If you believe the cynicism is simply common sense, then this site is for you.

It may seem that this blog will include itinerant rantings of the curmudgeonly* kind but alas herein you will find more than just a simple outlet for an aversion to human stupidity, carelessness, belligerence, lack of compassion or common sense, etc. but rather a willingness to gain a deeper understanding of how and why we have become such schmucks and exactly how we might get ourselves out of such a predicament.

To balance the seeming negativity of Things I Hate About People, look to our sister-site: Things I Love About People (forthcoming; my wife made me do it). Notwithstanding all of our human character flaws, we are lovable and really doing just about as best we can considering the fact that for most of our evolution on this planet we’ve either been hunted or at war and in a general state of fear and loathing.

As one of our small contributions to making this world a better place we will donate yearly 20% of our ad revenue to the following things I love about people among others.
